It appears to have a decent chance of passing a TPA.

Thanks Mike!  Yes, in fact I have this one in hand and Beckett has given the thumbs up via quick opinion, but I was looking for a little more certainty.  It seems to have the correct letter formation.....my lone point of hesitation had more to do with the overall neatness.   Naturally, this one is not the hurried slanted version most often encountered in-person.  Seems like it would not have been signed on the run.
