Yeah that's wack I'm returning mine for a refund when it gets here like many others here, is it even worth opening?

We are still going to be out shipping costs as well as time. I may even contact the California Attorney General.

Shipping on cds was free. Vinyl was like 12. Gotta fight it

It won't be free to ship it back...The law firm I contacted is very very good. They have won a couple cases for me.

How does the law firm know their shipping return policy

It's irrelevant. They are going off of false advertising and a 2016 California law regarding knowingly selling fake and or forged memorabilia. If they take the case it will be a class action. You don't know if you don't ask. And I think its a good possibility because Interscope Records is in California, I'm in California and the law firm is in California.

My point, patience is a virtue. I wonder if they'd even try to kill the pending news articles by offering genuine signed cards to be shipped to those willing to wait. I'd wait even until after Easter if I know whats being replaced is genuine.

I like to get attorneys on things instantly in case I need them or they want to make some $$. There might not be anything for them and you are correct, we don't know what the outcome is going to be. But if you can utilize the attorneys or press to help, why not? Use every avenue possible.

I'd wait they might offer a solution that involves doing nothing or paying nothing to get our money back.

To cover all bases I went ahead and sent the California Attorney General an inquiry. False advertising at least and duping the public to chart an album might get their attention. Who knows?

I would think fraud, deceptive trade practices, breach of warranty (express and implied), unjust enrichment, and more should get their attention.

Doing the Lord’s work.
