Soundgarden - Signed Flat - Opinions??

I'd like an opinion on this signed Soundgarden flat and curious about an average market value if it's legit.

Definately good i have a few soundgarden autographs this has nice old style signatures they did a few instore signings for this album ,prices are all over the place but its got to be good at £250/$325 ish anything less even better
