Springsteen signed Book

Hello,

I'm interested to buying this Springsteen book, signed on a plate.

Seller says, he bought it at the merch at a Springsteen-concert.

For me it looks good...but what your thoughts?

Genuine!

But don't pay to much. These can often be had for around $200, sometimes even lower.

Def real .Keep in mind the books sold at the merch stand were softcover and sold for 20.00.
