Springsteen Backstage Pass & PSA Question

PSA Quick Opinion Service was "Unable to render a Decision" on the LA one but
they had no trouble certing this other one from Denver with a VERY similar signature.

Your thoughts?

The Denver is certainly a good one, I`m not so sure about the LA. I guess the material they are signed on will add to the uncertainty, but I can agree with PSA that they didn`t give an opinion there. Personally I don`t like it, and would not buy something looking like that.
