Yes, I have seen those before.  They are much easier to identify.  The other was much more difficult, but not any longer thanks to your tutelage.

My pleasure, but remember there are certainly exceptions that prove the rules....especially with Carrie.

You can run into slightly open a's and s in Fisher where she follows the bottom of the s into the h. 

But I have yet to see a C go over the a, like her secretary does.
