I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

From these scans I have serious doubts.

You have to put up good scans if you want correct opinions.

The Ford is real because I know the piece, the Jones graph I have many issues with.

I prefer the Darth Vader image to the Han Solo image.  Please keep us posted, Matt S.  Also, what are the two items being sold for?

The solo is going for $1000 US on eBay and the Vader for $500 US on the same site.
I am surprised, considering who is selling them. I didn't think It was a question of authenticity.

The best autograph collectors in the world have had their share of horrible autographs.....that is why they end up for sale.

Very true Pete, and that is why I am trying to convince one to part with the Premium stuff.

Every autograph collector I know, will part with the premium, and quality stuff, but the catch is .....they know they won't likely be able to replace it.

They won't let it go for a song, they know what the item is worth and expect to be well compensated.

You will never ever get the premium cream of the crop Ford autograph for $500, $800, or even $1500.

You want the best of the best, something that stands out and blows everything else out of the water? Then you are going to pay and pay big.

You want to settle for a modern sit down signing piece that is unquestionable, then you wait for the next signing and buy them at retail (usually about $800 for 8x10)

For Vader....you take what you can get at the price you want to spend, but at least try for a piece with a good Jones. The stuff he has signed for the past decade or so is just wrong in my opinion, and the stuff signed on his last stay on Broadway is wrong and pathetic. (The Jedi and ESB shots Mike T doesn't like.)

Matt - these pieces I have purchased for under 700, the deals are out there.

These are a few of mine that I would consuider quality signatures for multis:

This is the crappiest Ford I own, but because of the image I can't complain too much.

Great buys Mike. Really nice.

Thanks :)
