I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998. Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia. For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph. I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998. My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams. I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

Very nice Pete. Congratulations.
Hi, I am new to the site but I have been collecting autographs for about 15 years. I bought the two autographs below from UACC registered dealers in the UK a few years back, and thought I had taken due care in researching them at the time, but now I'm not as sure. The Harrison Indy photo I would have bought in 2005, and the Frank Oz was signed in 2007 in Soho, London, according to the information on the back. Having looked at Pete's information about Frank Oz's signing habits I am more confident on that one, but if you could please have a look at them and see what you think I would be grateful, thanks.
Joe,
Welcome, even though, I am new to the site as well, but I have been doing this for far too long. The Oz looks fine, in fact I'd put money on the fact that you will find slight traces of an inscription removal above the signature itself.
I don't have the same good news about the Ford. In 20 plus years of seeing that style Ford signature offered thru reliable dealers, I have still been unable to get any straight answers about the source. It is 100% not real, and that style of signature has been mistaken as real for a long time.
The stand out issues with it are the crossing turns inside the H and F as well as the fact that if you look at 1000 real Harrison signatures the A is always the same size as the RRISON.....this Forger always cuts the turn at the bottom of the H and F too sharply and leaves that huge A floating there.
The fact that this is from a UACC dealer, I would certainly at least try to get a refund.
Fisher and Ford are a bit messy, but that happens especially in street graphs and I can't tell you what was up with Peter Mayhew that day....never seen the Pointy P. Aside from that the piece is what it is. I can tell you from first hand knowledge....every time you put a piece in front of another signer, the chances go up that someone will mess it up.
If someone offers you a perfect cast signed piece, I mean perfect in everyway, from the signature formations, to the placement of said signatures, to the condition of the item, be it a poster or album, or whatever......don't walk, run away.
Inbox was checked.
Whatever it is.... send again, last message I have from you is the Brando on ebay from about 2 weeks ago.
