I'm looking to get a signed photo of the star wars cast, what is a fair price to pay for an item such as the one below? it's a 11x14 w/ psa/dna cert

id say 1000 ish it would be really tough to complete such a large photo without damaging it and the signature all look good instead of rushed scribbles

Agreed, with them making more movies $1000 upwards I'd expect to pay and this will only go up when the new movie comes out

i'd like to have this one but it appears the seller is shilling:

I don't think he was shilling? The high bidder had 3000+ feedback so if he had another account with that much feedback, I don't think he would dare shill with it. Plus it went for a reasonable and fair price.

If interested, it would probably be cheaper to buy single 8x10s signed by each cast member you are interested in and get it custom framed to make a really nice, big display. I'm thinking around $200-$250 for Ford, $60 for Fisher, $120-$150 for Hamill, and then around $300 for framing.

i ended up getting this one for $550, no ford but it's signed by hamill, fisher, anthony daniels, kenny baker, peter mayhew, david prowse

Very nice piece! Congrats on the purchase!

Very nice piece Cory.  Congratulations.

Hey! So I'm starting a collection of signed figured after picking up a ford and hamill. I saw these two online and I'm especially interested in the Fisher. It looks good, however I am concerned about the S and the H not connecting in Fisher. Can I get a few thoughts on it? I'm leaning towards authentic but would like a second opinion.

The Kenny Baker looks pretty typical to me as well.  I would be interested to know the history of the two items.  They appear to have been signed with the same exact silver Sharpie.  Usually at a comic convention the celebrities supply their own writing instruments.  It would therefore be unlikely for both Carrie and Kenny to use the same silver Sharpie to sign their autographs if in fact they were acquired at a comic convention.  Do you happen to know anything about the history of the autographs?

Nice catch Kevin.  It looks pretty typical to me otherwise.  She may have slowed down the signature in order to keep it on the card of the action figure.  The "her" appears to be written a little bit smaller than the "Fis".

Woops, meant to put this on the other Star Wars thread. No idea why it didn't go there. I'll look into the history of both pieces.
