Stones fully signed album on Heritage Auctions

Hi Guys,

I wondered if any Stones experts could give their opinions on this full signed album on Heritage Auctions. It looks like a nice piece. How reliable is a Heritage Auctions COA?

I contacted Heritage about their COA and the possibility of having it authenticated by a third party and their response was this -

The Entertainment & Music Memorabilia Department at Heritage does NOT use third party authenticators so please bid knowing that – we authenticate all our autographs ourselves; additionally, we do NOT use PSA/DNA in this department because we frequently do not have the same opinions as they do so again, please bid accordingly.  PSA/DNA often says an autograph is bad when we think it’s good and vice-versa.

Interesting response. I was under the assumption that Heritage Auctions were quite careful about what they sell, are their authenticators any good?
