STONES SIGNED FIRST ALBUM: REAL?

What do members think of this fully signed Stones album, especially the Brian Jones signature and inscription?  Item has an Epperson certificate, but I am sceptic about the Brian... Sorry, I could not copy the photo(s) from the auction site.
