Styx 2023 Tour Packages ALERT!

Hello All 

I purchased the 50th Anniversary VIP ticket for the Greensboro NC show and received my items today. The package states that it comes with a autograph poster. The poster that came was not autographed but a preprint poster. I have emailed Future Beat and wait their reply.  Very disappointed.

Right now Feature Beat is not offering a refund what so ever!  And there is no phone number to talk to someone.   Only email.. what a joke

How did you pay? Many of us may be in the same boat with Bob Dylan once they ship. Look into filing a claim or initiate a chargeback with PayPal or the credit card used. Gather as much info as possible. The 2 exact copies is a great start for proof

UPDATE

Future Beat offered a refund for the "digital printed" poster.  They said $20 or they offered extra swag from last year, but nothing signed.  

Ticketmaster, who I purchase the tickets from, said go to the vender. 

Fun stuff... You cant get what is advertised.
