most definitely surely not.  despite the nice story, which makes this even worse. its one thing to sell something that is a forgery, but really not know due to ignorance or just not caring (which is bad enough) it is another thing to totally fabricate a story like this crook did.  

I agree totally and the more I look at Ebay "autographs" the more I get annoyed.

Really bad. Well, he said only that he waited. He didn't claim that he actually got anything signed. Ha ha. 

Not even a good forgery...

bad. ebay sucks. they don't pull the fakes, and pull the real ones without c.o.a.s more than they should. it hurts the people that don't have a clue what is  fake or real, with bullsh@t c.o.a.'s, and it hurts people that know what is real without c.o.a.'s so they can't get it.
