Any opinion on this seller? Seems like a good IP grapher but quick opinion failed my item. He provided a proof pic of him with the celeb in question and it matches. I am left rather confused.

Just a couple general observations...

An autograph needs to not only be authentic, it also has to be authenticatable.  A lot of IP scribbles are deviant enough that they won't necessarily pass.

Also, I don't know exactly what photo "proof" they offered but many times such proof is just a photo of a celebrity signing a pile of stuff, and the photo can be recycled over and over.

What item was it out of curiosity?
