I am new to this and have never purchases an autograph before so your opinions are most appreciated.

I am looking to purchase a Taylor swift autograph for my partner as she is a huge fan and I am hoping to suprise her with it. 

The seller is AFTAL registered and it comes with a COA but I would still like opinions as having searched online I've quickly realised there are lots of fakes out there from what everyone says.
