Tears For fears - Authentic?

I purchased this a few months back, and have been wondering whether or not it's real. I did my homework at the time and felt it was good, but I'd like a few opinions. I've included the photo proof that was part of the auction, and multiple angles of the item. It was purchased on eBay. The seller has two other TFF items for sale at the moment, and they look iffy to me, but I'd like to hear thoughts of this one on its own merits. Thanks!

I don't know those autographs but the "photo proof" proves nothing. There is a thread here about the use of and reliance on such images.

I felt it was valid because it shows the correct pen and the same CD cover.
