My recollection is that this March offering was advertised as having the CD signed by the entire band.  I finally received my two CDs about 10-days ago and there was nothing signed...no signed inserts included....no signatures on the sealed CDs.  I contacted Townsend Music Store and told them about the issue.  They said they would immediately send the signed liners out.  Today, not only did the liners come all beat to hell due to them being sent via international mail in only a bubble wrap envelope with no non-bendable insert, they were only "signed" by Chrissie and that was done via autopen!  Holy Sheetskies!  This isn't the Beebs or Mariah Carey we are talking about.  I really expected better from The Pretenders.  I immediately contacted Townsend Music Store again and demanded a return mailing label and refund.

I'm still waiting for mine they didn;t send no signed booklets with mine also if there more than likley the same as yours I'm taking photo's and putting them on the pretenders facebook and I'll try the same to townsend music if i can figure out how to also, I comlpaine about no booklets and I think there fake autopens and they just about swore they were not I'll keep you posted

I also did not receive the signed booklets with my order. I am not sure what they are thinking of actually? How is it possible to miss out on including the signed booklets for so many orders??? I contacted them about it and they said they will send the signed inserts to me. But I am not looking forward to them, knowing that they will probably be auto penned anyway :( I never had issues with Townsend Music in the past, this is the first time they have screwed up like this. So disappointing!

I am really fed up of all my recent orders :( They are either autopenned (Mariah Carey, Pretenders) or signed badly you can't even decipher the signature (Lady Gaga).

I am losing faith in doing such direct purchases from the artists when they are being so dishonest. It seems like they just want their sales without having any integrity at all.

I agree and Nothing is on time they give you a date for shipment and the new normal is it's being delayed
