Ok I sent a nice letter and a couple pictures to Thom Yorke of Radiohead via venue to Madison square garden for the concert on the 26th of July. Today Aug 1st I received my return envelope back with both pictures in it but instead of signatures they both have smiley faces drawn in sharpie. Does anyone know if that's how Thom signs sometimes. IV seen some of his signatures with a smiley face as the O in his name. Just curious what's up.

Ok my guess is colin greenwood was the only one nice enough to sign lol after looking at radio head autographs IV seen he signed with a smiley face but IV seen the Thom with the smiley as the O so still not sure any opinions.

Hi,

That doesn't look like Greenwood's smiley sig, but it does resemble the face Thom sometimes makes out of the "o" in his name in one or two ways. I remember when he played Live at the 10 Spot I just sent a congratulatory good wishes Telegram - did not even think to ask for a graph. That was a great show!

Here is mine from Jones Beach 1996 - this is Thom's older sig form:

Thanks I was thinking the same thing colin gets all artistic with his smiley face signature and mine looks more like Thoms O face but wasn't sure. Love yours that awesome

Thanks Jason, it was awesome to get. I was able to stay in the lighting booth for much of the show.

There was another guy who wrote them and got this back:
