Adam West usually personalizes his autograph.  See if you can find out whether or not an inscription was removed from the item.

If you're looking for a reasonably price Adam West & Burt Ward signed Batman photo, it looks like the Hollywood Show website store has it in stock. They also have two Lee Meriwether version signed photos.

I got this Adam West rom the Nabisco 1997 Reunion Tour. His sig has changed slightly but there are similarities.
