Thoughts on this Lauren Bacall autograph + COAs issued by seller

Looks good to me, but as an amateur, I thought I'd get the opinion of an expert or two.

I'm not exactly blown away by the COA, especially since it was issued not by a third party, but by the seller himself/herself. Is that a reason for suspicion? The seller seems to be on the up-and-up.
