UPDATE -

I purchased the book from the person and I just got an email from someone at JSA that this would not pass authentication.  About an hour after it shipped...  I know that PSA and JSA have totally different standards when it comes to authenticating Obama signatures.  I might try and send it to PSA. 

Any thoughts on this.. any one interested in the book for what I got into it - if you are thinking its authentic.

Did JSA say why it failed? Looks very typical for his signature to me

Nope - but I do know that PSA and JSA each Obama they authenticate looks different.  The one above was a early signature signed in 2007 - according to the seller.

That line after the "O" looks atypical to me.

But that's just my opinion.

It'll likely pass PSA, provided it's not an AP.

I have heard JSA and PSA do both have differing opinions and I used to know a couple of in person collectors who often got some failed by JSA that passed PSA and vice versa so would be keen to know what PSA say

I did a quick Opinion from PSA - I had to put it up on ebay to do it. 

Anyways it came back Likely not authentic.

PSA is probably correct. In looking at known authentic Obama signatures, the shape of the B is fairly consistent.  and this one is not shaped the same.

PSA needs to change their "Quick Opinion" to go beyond eBay--this is ridiculous. People buy from other sources, including privately.
