Definitely not authentic and done by the same forger that forged a Tiger Woods that Mark posted about yesterday. Where are these being offered for sale?
Oh wow really. I’ve only just joined the group today so not aware of any previous ones. I obtained mine from a charity auction night a few years ago. Very disappointing to be honest. Thanks for all your feedback.
Need to ask what is it that jumps out to say it’s not real. Is it the writing itself or the ASA certificate?
Certificates of authenticity are just pieces of paper anyone can print up. 3rd party authenticators like PSA/DNA, JSA, or Beckett are reputable authenticators. ASA isn't a trusted company. The signature style doesn't match up with how Tiger signs. Unfortunately, pieces like this are flooded at auctions and because it's a charity, people assume the pieces are real. Over 90% of the time they are not.
Looks like this person is pushing these fakes out in mass. We just had another thread on the exact same style of autograph with the same type of hologram.
