Tiger Woods - real or fake?

Hi! Would appreciate your help on this Tiger Woods.

According to the seller it was obtained at SAS Invitational in Sweden 1999. The seller himself was denied when asked for an autograph, but when his long and blond sister asked just a few minutes later Tiger signed for her… :-)

Included is also a ticket to the golf tournament. Do you think it’s good or bad?

Here’s a comparision with another graph taken in-person by a RACC member. Several similarities, at least IMO.
