He signed this towards the end of his life - at which point he was terminally ill. Surfing The Conscious Nets was published in 1995 (if that is what it is signed in) and Dr Leary died in 1996.

I think it looks okay.

Yes that's the item for sale on ebay and pretty darn cheap
