Tom Hanks - real or fake ?

I search a "Wilson" volleyball signed by Tom Hanks since long time. this one for sale, do you think it's real?

it has an COA by global authentics , but I did not really trust a global authentics
This is why I would like your opinion

Without even looking at the photo I would run simply because of the COA. Sellers should know better by now.  Buyers too.
