This guitar was raffled off by the classic rock radio station 101KGB in San Diego in 2010.I’m wondering if this looks legit or not?

I havent seen many in person autographs of his where the T is connected to the O.. Im no Tom Petty expert though. Id love to know when he usually crosses the T during signings. other than that, I think there are good traits
