Like Doug said the signature in blue is David Paich.

The other signatures are Bobby Kimball, Joseph Williams, Steve Lukather, Mike Porcaro, Simon Phillips, and Steve Porcaro.

The blue signature in the center is David Paich. The scribble after his signature is "toto."

gracias;-as I have been really struggling with these sigs.  Some further qus pl. whose sig please is under the date? and who wrote the date?  Also whose sig please is  in black  under David's next to the word toto  in black again?  And who wrote the word toto in black this time.   thanks very much;- one of the best live bands around and sadly  often underated.  I have found it really  difficult to find any toto sigs to compare and contrast  these vintage ones with so thanks ever so for any help.

Under David with the Toto inscription is Steve Lukather, under Steve is Joseph Williams.
