TRACKS authentication general question

Hi all.  I just wanted to ask, is a TRACKS authentication as good as a frank caiazzo, psa, jsa? Would you approach an item authenticated by TRACKS with more concern?  Just not familiar with them and wanted to gather some opinions.

Based in the UK. Been around for a few  years. Authenticates Beatles autographs via his business. Has also sold many great Beatles autograph sets over recent years. He has had my custom several times. Never seen a bad comment about him.
