Tupac autograph

Purchased this from a gentleman who says he has been a collector for years...Started collecting as a kid and obtained this Tupac autograph through the mail by writing a letter to his home, he Says Tupac sent the auto in response to his letter. I was considering sending this to PSA for authentication, but it is fairly costly to do so. F50DF10B-7679-4D63-9733-AC0A15E434CD.jpeg I am new on here and to the autograph world. Autograph is still suspect with the return envelope. You really think the envelope is provenance?

It is if the seller claims it was obtained through the mail. The key piece of the story and the only hope of being able to authenticate this autograph is missing.
