Two Hillary Clinton items

This is part of a collection that has been made available to us to raise money for our non-profit. We have found some of the items to be really good, and others not so much. What are your thoughts on this one?

I feel pretty confident about the second one.  The first one is probably good, but could possibly be autopen, but I’m not familiar with her autopen signatures.
