Oh my Lordy !!!

The second photo sigs have a chance IMO

But there are traces of these being signed by the same hand. For starter, the C in Cook and Vicious are samey as well as the bottom loop of  J in Jones and Johnny. Also the S in Steve and Syd look of similar form.

Can you tell us more about these? Or are you trying to keep this private?

they were simply on ebay...same seller.  Also had The Damned signed page, which i am no expert on and a Ramones, that I considered not real.  By the final ending prices, I am not too convinced they were real...186GBP abd 332GBP

with rare items like this syd vicious, it would be nice to know for sure and put it on file because there are so few of them.

$332GBP is sort of on the cusp for me and doesn't really help to determine authenticity.

I've come to learn that price can have no impact on determining legitimacy.

For example.... those '70's RUSH sigs I posted are at around 20GBP (no typo, yes 20 GBP) and end in less than 24 hours. I talked to the seller extensively and he just wants a few bucks for them. But I can assure you these are 100% legit and worth hundreds.

Link?

link to what my friend?

What do you think about this set? Supposedly signed in 1977.

also looks like it has a chance to be good IMO. The right flavors are there. But for me, I would need several eyes or outstanding provenance on old Sex Pistols signed.

That is certainly a Sid proper time period autograph

And does not look like the same hand signed any other sigs

Are these yours?

edit... I get a bit skeptical with Steve Jones signed both names in capital letters. It's more common to have Steve in capitals (printed) and Jones in lower case (written) back in 1977

Yes. I bought these a few years ago from the person who attended one of their concerts in 1977 and got these autographs by sending in his paper in the dressing room.

I got them together with two original photographs from the concert.

most excellent aquisition

congrats mate

And I'm glad they turned out to be Legit haha

Steve's signature concerns me.  I have never seen the "J" in Johnny like that before.  Sid is hit and miss.  I am not confident enough to comment on that one

I can understand your concerns as I have some too. And with older sigs, we all should have them

Here is a close Sid and J in John circa 1977

However... as I have been saying lately... do NOT discount the atypical

Here are two of my pieces that have more provenance than my own birth..
