U2 Bono signed MLK record cover

I would very much appreciate anyone’s thoughts on this Bono signed “Pride” record cover with a picture of Martin Luther King, Jr.  There is also an inscription presumably written by Bono which I cannot make out.  

So was this really signed by Bono?  The seller is American; so it's a bit less-likely to have been forged by the talented European U2 forger.

Thanks, Rich.  It's from an autograph chaser.  He claims he got it at a concert, i believe.  I think it looks pretty good as well.
