I'm kind of in the same boat. Honestly, it does look authentic, as do his other items (I noticed the ticket stub last night). But the sketches are a bit puzzling. I don't really see any fans asking for sketches on blank paper, so I don't know how often he really does it. Most of the sketches I see on Ebay are pretty bad fakes. Again, the one you showed does look legit but I'd ask a few more questions from this seller. Mullen aside, U2 are good signers so it's conceivable he'd have a more than one, even in-person.
I'd still treat this with caution and skepticism. Maybe join the U2 Eastlink group and ask some other knowledgable fans. https://www.facebook.com/groups/175579025807080/
The german in-person collector I bought mine from said that he had tried to get more sketches, but Bono is often unwilling to do these. He signed photos "without any problem", but denied basically every request for a sketch. My seller tried for 15 years, and got one...
I am no Bono expert, but even though the signature looks somewhat accurate, it also looks slowly drawn...just my two cents.
Is it possible it's a pre-print -- or copy?
