U2, Prince, Stones, Nicholson/Kinnear/Hunt and Cruise/Hoffman from IADA-CC dealer Strickler's Celebrity Autographs???

Hello!

I just found an IADA-CC dealer who has a lot of "fine" autographs for very reasonable prices. And my first thought is of course, this must be to good to be true...

Can you guys and girls tell me what you think of these?

Thanks!

The U2 is undoubtedly crap.

Prince is crap!!

Ser inte bra ut, verkar vara signerade av samma hand (person).

The Prince is bad, and all the autographs posted above look like they were signed in the same hand with the same black marker. Wow, this seller his crap for sale. Who is the dealer?

Can you please post the IADA-CC dealer that is selling this material and where the items are listed.

Thank you

Michael Frost

Each of the multiple signed items autographs are obviously signed by the same hand. Sad.

I have no idea on the prince.

The seller of these fakes are Strickler's Celebrity Autographs & Gifts and here is the link: http://www.stricklerautographs.com/

I wanted some of your opinions before I gave him away, he has A LOT of bad items...

And of course he claims that his membership in IADA-CC makes him trustworthy and that his autographs are all real!!!

I just looked at his rock music autographs, and every item that i saw looked like a blatant and obvious forgery. From the Chuck Berry, to the Bon Jovi, to the Elton John, all of them looked horrible and signed by the same person with the same marker. In fact, when i see this many bad forgeries from one seller, that are obviously signed by the same person, then flags of a different sort begin going off. I have a very hard time believing that this dealer doesnt know what is going on. In fact i imagine he knows exactly what is going on. His inventory is just horrible looking in my opinion.

Its a true shame. I dont know that much about IADA, but it appears they arent policing their dealers well.

The Madonna's are all bad. Wow, sucky.

Stickler has been selling bad material for as long as I can remember. Had no idea he is part of IADA.

He also puts himself up as an 'authenticator' and you can pay him to opine on your items. LOL!

Someone should alert the groups he is a member of.

Found this on his site (he is a member of tias.com)

You are 100% correct and I have to agree with you about the authenticity of the posted signed photos.
I do not know much about Lon Strickler but him name has been brought to the addition of the IADA-CC for the past few years.
As a matter of fact Steve Cyrkin had ask me over 5 years ago to please review the inventory of Mr. Strickler. At that time there were no complaints against Lon Stickler and he was a paid member.
However he is no longer a paid member of the IADA-CC and his name is no longer listed on the IADA-CC Dealer Directory www.iada-cc.com.
Thank you for the post and the information on the signed items being offered by Lon Strickler Autographs.

Then Lon Strickler´s name must have been removed VERY recently, because I found his name, address and a link to his webpage on this exact page just 10 hours ago...
