No need to apologize. I have only been here a few days myself and am oftentimes unsure where to post what.
What did the other thread yield?

My question problem with the UACC, after a recent issue of my own with a UACC registered dealer, is that they only accept "Court approve authenticators" to prove the authenticity of an autograph. That means no PSA/DNA, JSA, and no opinions from the Autograph Magazine Live forum members.
Most of us here know that most "Forensic Document Examiners" have a habit, when it comes to autographs, of rubber stamping. Therefore, who do you submit an autograph bought from a UACC dealer if questions arise?
