Unknown Signature on Baseball

Hello,

Apart from Babe Ruth and Ernie Banks, my knowledge of baseball autographs is really pretty rotten. Does anyone here happen to recognize this signature?  It's on a Rawlings Official National League ball and the first name looks like it might be Tully.  Of course,  it might not even be a baseball player's signature but I thought I'd start here.  Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

I don’t recognize the signature, but the last name may be Murphy.
