The way I see it, insofar as it relates to major labels and publishers, is that the golden age of buying autographed editions direct went out the door two years ago once they all figured it was cheaper and easier to fleece their customers -- short-term gain at the cost of long-term shame.

No, they insist the signatures are authentic and those are definitely signed by the artist. The customer service didn’t even bother to check the photos I sent them, just saying the same things like a robot. :(
