Vincent Price authentic?

I’ve been looking to purchase a Vincent Price sketch/autograph. This one has a JSA certification. I called JSA to ask when it was certified and was told they don’t keep records of that, which I found surprising. Anyone see any concerns with this one?

The only thing I find curious is if the Best of luck or the signature was first based on when the O and the P cross. The autograph is from 1981 according to the seller.

Very nice to get Roddy McDowall during that 40's period of his stardom as a young guy.  Congrats!
