Vintage David Bowie SP 1980 8x10 by Greg Gorman posted for opinions per new BST Rules

Posted prior to possible sale per the new BST Rules. Opinions most welcome.

Vintage Official RCA "Lodger" promotional 8"x10" b/w original gelatin silver print by photographer Greg Gorman. Developed on quality double weight paper with high gloss finish. Optimal contrast, typical angle, signature, placement, and signed boldly with a steel tipped pen in a vibrant blue ink. A strong, unrushed clean signature with full dedication and inscription. Selected by me for highest quality. Near Mint + with 4 sharp corners. Overall, one of the best SP's I have seen (contrast is the usual problem, followed by condition). Images below - full image and large detail of signature. The little flecks seen in the detail are part of the photograph. A few have asked if this Bowie SP is inscribed "Tim" or "Jim" - it is made out to "Tim". I show the same photo made out to a "James" using the same pen/ink, with an atypical horizontal signature, but it shows his typical "J". This example below "for James" was in Fine condition and sold for $780 at RR last January. What I am offering is Near Mint+++ and double weight.
