Want to buy Heart autograph eBay listings

Hello,

I’m trying to secure a Heart autograph for myself and I found two listings on eBay that I am interested in. Are either one or both of them real? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

The Live In Atlantic was a Newbury exclusive and is good. I have a copy of it too (nfs)
