Hi Nelson, Your question is very complicated and I will explain why I feel it is.

I never had the need to Join Aftal or any organization I never asked Acaf for them to add me to their recomended list it happened because of the Miles I put in all over the globe on a daily basis. If you ask in europe anyone and you asked the question is there a more crazy guy than Jason that will go to Japan, Korea, Usa, Canada, Italy , France , China every year to do all the festival they will tell you NO he is the only Lunatic.

I leave In Manchester which Happens to be the Capital of the Universe for Soccer We have so many Clubs here and right now the Best In England So I do a lot of Soccer and to add to that Music as we have every one coming here to perform.

So I was known to people for my extreme views in forgers I would be first to vote for the EXECUTION penalty , I know to some this might sound sad, But many people dont know what it feels like to travel all over the place and loose money and come home empty handed , Or to be stood in the rain for 10 hours and sometimes more. I do I have done this for a while now and I earned my respect or reputation and slowly was asked to be part of various forums to help out , Was asked by the police and the trading standards to help out etc.

Now why Did I join AFTAL when I did not need them since I am IN PERSON I obtain everything by myself and sometimes with help , If I go to do a soccer team I would take 2 hot girls with great Babylons on their body so the players would not refuse etc.

I joined AFTAL Because I believed they was a number of people that were willing to help out in taking down the bad guys and trust me they every now and then succeed. It is not an easy job it is a very hard thing to do.

But they are willing to try and that for me is 1 point, The second thing is if someone is an Aftal Dealer and has stock that is not good they are told imediately to take it down and destroy it.

This has happened more than once and I have been the person that has asked aftal to take action.

AFTAL - UACC and all the other organizations have the same enemy but also sometimes get caught in a very common problem.

There are no more than 10 IN PERSON names in the UK the rest are all people who hate been spat at or do not have the strength to fight in the chaos to get a squiggle so they decide to TRUST some one.

The problem is here TRUST sometimes there is many people who turn into scum and always for GREED. It is the sister of EBAY who I believe is the CANCER of the Autograph Comunity, I hate EBAY as much as Fakers but life is life so we have to accept and adapt.

4 years ago I was responcible for 1 of the biggest US dealers getting banned in the UK , It was me that spoted the vast amount of fakes silly numbers and I asked Gary King from Aftal and Uacc to drive to the Convention and take part in the debate I also asked 2 other dealers, As it happens they all decided I was right and I showed them many examples backed with photo evidence and so on.

The organisers banned this dealer, Who is Huge in the US has many offices and a lot of man power.

I have also assisted in other similar situations and when I have asked for aftal to come down and show authority they have so far this pleases me .

Now a dealer is a dealer same as a collector anyone can fall Victim when trusting someone and once again this is were everything goes wrong.

I would recomend buying from an Aftal dealer because they will take action against one of their own regardless, This can be easily proved since 2 years ago they removed a board member not for fake autographs but for poor service to the Comunity he was a bad bussiness man the people spoke and Aftal took action.

I believe the role we all have is very tough one and to survive at times we have to be vigilant but we can not do it on our own we need help.

Bwilliams I dont like you saying all of aftal are not to be trusted their inner circle is bad blah blah.

There are a few of us that are aftal and work really hard to help the industry so I find your views very wrong.

Please do research on me Jason Thanos and tell me am scum or anything bad tell me that some one anywhere in the world has a bad word to say about me ,Google is out there please do research and let me know. More than welcome to open a thread with my name and lets see if anyone has something bad to say about me.

So as it turns out 1 out of those 4 people has cleaned his act seems like the last few months he has not sold any fakes  and been told his ebay account is now clean , good for him It Is James Mcwatt I hope he continues with his studies and keeps away from autographs especially fake ones..

Yes that maybe the case but would you buy from him Jason? I definately NEVER would!!! Mud sticks in this industry and being able to trust a seller is everything and James as well and truely shot his bolt where trust is concerned!!

Nelson if theres anything you want Jason should be able to get it for you and you can trust him totally

Mick all I wanted to say is at list one person changed for now hopefully he stays that way.

If he finishes Uni maybe he gets a proper job and wont need to do this anymore.

Ps I would like to think I can get anything but this days its hard to keep up with everything not been able to do much Premiership Soccer this season thats started especially with only just having come back from Toronto International Film Festival and the bad weather here in manchester its water water everywhere.
