what do you think of this Ebay seller: rioscumdog ?

has anyone ever bought from ebay seller rioscumdog? he/she sells quite a few of 'signed' albums from the looks of it. Opinions?

I just looked at some of the ones I knew: Elton John, Michael Jackson, Streisand, Sinatra...and I thought they were obviously not genuine.

C'mon, this seller has Madonna, Whitney, Britney, Michael from INXS, and tons of other huge names. Maybe I'm generalizing, but I am always leery when someone this crazy of a selection, and at dirt prices, it's always bogus.
