What do you think of this Marcus Allen autograph? Is it legit?

About a year ago I purchased a GAI certified Marcus Allen Oakland Raiders FS authentic helmet.  Then months later I discovered AutographMagazine.com and read all the horror stories about GAI... Urg...  Needless to say I had an "Doh!" moment...

So I want to get opinions on weather or not you think it is real, but before you weigh in, here are some facts I have on the helmet:

1.  It comes with the GAI certificate of authenticity (Justin Priddy - I have heard about him being shady specifically so....???), as well as the GAI sticker on the back.

2.  It comes with Marcus Allen's own hologram.  (which tells me that there is more of a chance that this is actually legit)

3.  I typed the certification number into the http://globalauthentics.com website and it told me that the helmet was signed by Marcus Allen in March of 2007 in San Jose, CA.

4.  I looked at  www.signingshotline.com for past signing events for Marcus Allen and it indeed shows that he did a signing at the San Jose Convention Center on March 18, 2007.

To me the signature looks similar to other items I have from him that I know for sure are legit as well as looking at his signature from other sites.  As you cans see from the photo the helmet itself is beautiful, but I would rather know for sure.  Can you please weigh in on your thoughts of why or why not exactly you think it is real or not?

Thanks in advance,

Andy
