I recently got this jersey but there is a line that goes across the number. Anyone know what this is?

Age of the item? Perhaps something underneath from manufacturing that has aged and "toned" the fabric?

It has it on every number, not just the two so it could be from age. It is just weird because I have never seen that on any other jersey. just wondering if there is any way to remove it.

I'm not sure how much the value would be for it because of that defect. It has a JSA LOA #BB00976. Do you have any idea?
