I'm don't study McKinley but I checked about 20 McKinley exemplars and yours looks A-OK to me. When you get it you'll want to make sure it's originally signed but I'd be surprised if it wasn't. It looks right.

it definitely looks like live ink it’s cut from an official U.S military appointment so I’m confident it is genuine. I’m thinking about shipping it off to PSA just for my own peace of mind though! You just never know
