on the c.1968 one the process they used did it indent the paper as if written? or is it flat and part of the pic? was it done in auto pen?...i have the Logically pic and it is done as part of the photo

Yes, the indent is part of the process. The photos are glossy and the indented ink is dead flat and an odd blue, yes?

That is the color and that shows the nature of these preprints well. The indent fools many. Good photo!
yes and in the scope camera pic you can see there is no overlapping of ink and also it appears stamped. I got the microscopic camera for other reasons but am finding it works quite well in researching the sigs.
Exactly. Now add in the info from your Temple thread. There is no color fluoresce here in the glare - just that telling dead flat blue and those totally even & mechanical indents.
no the ink is a dull powder looking no glare no evidence of overlapping by eye or the microscope camera.
