But the issue here is "Who made this call?"  Roger is a person, PSA is a company.  Roger will explain himself; PSA can't be bothered. 

I don't think this is a case of "everyone calling it bad," unless I'm forgetting the circumstances.

I think PSA screwed up the Zeppelin album, I think Roger screwed up not giving a refund.  I think Roger and PSA both screwed up this Floyd album. It happens.  PSA won't ever explain their decisions because if they start arguing with people it makes them look bad.  Roger might finally be learning that since he hasn't commented on this piece and its been a month.

I think Roger made the right call on that Zeppelin album and PSA has no clue in Zep sigs. But their rejection of it kills the value of it and would make it much harder to sell.

This Floyd album I think is bad. R&R guy Bob Eaton is on the JSA staff with Roger and also on PSA staff. His name on the bottom of that PSA letter and he Selling 5K autographs. I find the connections to the authenticators of that album as dangerous. What's the chances this guy authenticated his own album under the PSA umbrella? Hard to ignore that. Looks like a homie hookup to me.

Roger is JSA 's  music guy ...look at his web site , the point is , if it is legit and you know it and the customer gets a no go from the # 1 TPA in the industry ...would you want to keep the piece ?

It's still listed on their website, it claims he's the music expert. Has he stated anything to the contrary? Funny.. It specifically mentions his expertise with pink floyd autographs.

If I recall correctly, JSA has been called out for terrible music authentications that were not Roger's doing. My understanding is that he cut ties with them. Maybe I'm off.

Truth is I use Roger as well but this Floyd piece could be resolved in one minute by him and considering him screaming all the time that he is the protector of the industry looks shady as heck right now based off his silence
