You jut got done telling someone else to take their item down that has an R & R CERT , a PSA cert and a Epperson Cert ... who the heck are you to tell us what is good or bad unless you bought it and was having a problem , so is the one I presented real or fake ..if you don't know you need to shut your mouth and stop telling people what they should do ....so is it good or band know Know it all ?
You simply stated if he Was " honest " he would take it down ......
If that is not implying to take it down I don't know what is...
The above example of Pink Floyd ..is it authentic in your opinion ?
Bob, it is not real. Not even close, it is one of the worst forgeries I have ever seen and I cannot believe anyone authenticated it. This is nothing personal, this is just an exposure of PSA/DNA and how bad they really are. Do what you must.
I have gone through my Floyd autographs and all my David Gilmour autographs have the "D" and "a" separated on David part of the signature this one they are joined together, I see when David has rushed his sig around the "on a island tour" there are examples of the D and "a" together without a pen break, being that this is a piece of Floyd with all 4 of them on it , I find it hard to believe David would sign this with the D and "a" without a pen break after 2006 with Roger Waters on it and vica versa being a Floyd item , so it begs the question, this David sig is not pre 1982 as it looks nothing like his signed items from this period, that leaves a window from 1982 till 1986 I do not have a example of his autographs in this window, on too 1986 till 1994 division bell
I have still not seen any autographs from this period where the D and "a" are joined without a pen break, just being logical about this piece David probably would of have to have signed before Roger which I don't think this would of happened after 1994 due to the bad blood between the two and him being a very hard signer on Floyd items , so when was this piece signed? from David , I myself do not know ,anybody have any ideas as to what time period where this David Gilmour sig resembles the one on the auction item, or even have a legit one where it matches that one , to me that David sig looks not legit and does not fit any provenance that I can go back too , just my two-bits
Paul, this thread is so convoluted I am not sure exactly what one you are talking about. Please private message me with an image or a link ok.
