worth buying?

I have been trying to buy a real Bob Dylan autograph.So far I think I been ripped off twice. I'm posting both purchases if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Please let me know what you think. Thanks so much for your help.

They don't look good to me but with Bob it's so hard to tell. The guy signs with both his left and right hands!

the signed album i say no and the other probasly no but its dylan so ever realy knows
