Would Appreciate opinions on this Mickey Mantle signed baseball

Hi there,

I have been collecting autographs since I was young, and have gotten more and more into the hobby the last few years.  I am however only now starting to really scrutinize certificates of authenticity and look for signs of forgery.  I bought a Mickey Mantle baseball on ebay and am not sure if it is authentic or not.   The fact that it is an old mel stottlemyre special league baseball is promising to me, and I think I see a small crossover loop in the Ms, but I honestly am not sure and would love other opinions.  See the link below

Thanks for the responses everyone,  I took a risk when I bought this since there was no COA but the price was good at around $260 and all the other Mantle Balls I was seeing were going for over 300.
